The breakfasts were tasty with ham, toast, juice and the staff were affable, did not rush us. The location was great, close to the downtown, and the bed exceptionally comfortable.

We greatly enjoyed this functional hotel with amazingly kind and super friendly staff with one desk clerk. The location in a pretty basic area was marvellous and lovely and there were the Christmas market and an old market nearby.

Location is excellent, all within walking distance. Breakfasts aren't bad. Breakfast is ordinary European, helpful.

The staff were amazing and cant do enough for you.
I experienced some noise disturbances from club music and drunk conversations. The toilet doors were surprisingly transparent. The air conditioning was not functioning properly , impacting my comfort level.

The location of Residence Bene is really good, with a mere 10-minute walk to Old Town Square. The room was spacious and equipped with essential amenities like a fridge and hairdryer. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, our rooms were cleaned daily. The room's warm ambiance was perfect, especially during the cold weather outside.
The breakfast options were slightly basic.

Clean, comfortable, cozy. Comfortable bed. Not bad breakfasts. Staff is friendly. Air-conditioning in the room. Excellent value for money - quality.
Bad water pressure in the bathroom. Room was on the 7th floor. That's not convenient.

I almost wanted to leave a good review, but the breakfast was dreadful, with unappetizing scrambled eggs that looked like they had been through a war, and the water pressure in the room was a joke. I really expected a complimentary treat for all this trouble, but clearly, that was too much to ask. Absolutely ridiculous.
